"The service I receive from the Brian O’Keefe agency is always exemplary. I needed to make some adjustments to my homeowners policy today to provide to my bank. "Working with Kaylee to attain my agency General Liability insurance did what many brokers were having a difficult time doing. "I wish i came to state farm sooner. After being with a different company for 3 years clean driving record, no accidents or tickets and I did defensive driving this year. My rate went down for a month and after recieving my last notice saying that my rate went up again to $405 a month. I have a 2018 hyundai elantra … ubsured if you asked me. After multiple phone calls regarding the increase, my agent kept telling me it’s a nationwide thing. Finally, I’m fed up at this point, i walked into state farm on furrows road Agent Brian O’Keefe , instantly feel relief. Merly was so kind and helpful i can’t even get over it. She saved me $250 a month & I have better coverage. It took maybe 30 minutes. I wish i did this a long time ago, if i could give state farm 10000000 stars i would !! Now i can sleep at night knowing im not getting scammed."
